It varies individually, but typically visible changes appear from sessions 3-5. For precision care, we recommend 10-15 sessions, and you can objectively track changes per session through plaster molds.

Plaster molds are 3D records that objectively measure changes in millimeters before and after treatment. While photos vary by angle and lighting, plaster molds prove changes as they really are.

Not at all uncomfortable. It takes about 10 minutes and uses safe, non-irritating materials. Even growing teens can comfortably undergo the process.
